Local newspapers, gumtree, TNT Magazine and LOOT Magazine are good places to start if you are looking for accommodation.

If you're looking for a studio flat or house, then check out: findaproperty. Sharing a house or flat can cost between £50-£115 per week depending on location. Hostels in central London will currently cost around £60-£170 per week depending on the style and location.

There's no getting away from it, London is expensive. We suggest bringing a minimum of £1500.00 but if it’s possible, double this (or make sure you have access to a credit card). This money will be needed to cover expenses such as advanced rent and security deposits which may be incurred before your first pay cheque.
